HENBORTH SSSI

Look over the edge of the coastal footpath at this point, west of Cemlyn Bay, and see a fine cross-section of a "drumlin" - a glacial hummock deposit characteristic of this part of Anglesey. Once you recognise one, you will realise that the whole landscape here is determined by swarms of these whaleback landforms, reminiscent of the arching porpoises that may be seen just offshore.
